The contact page sorts the common requests into five routes: get your business listed, correct a listing, premium placement and partnerships, remove my details, and report a fraudulent listing. Including the listing name or its link in your message makes it much faster to act on.

The contact page states that we read everything and reply to most messages within two working days. Submitting a new business is different: it enters manual verification, and the submit form says you will hear back within 24 to 48 hours. Reports about a wrong or closed listing are reviewed by a person rather than processed automatically.

Every listing page carries a Report a problem with this listing link. You pick a reason, including Information is wrong or out of date and This place has permanently closed, and add details. If the form is not reachable it falls back to email, and you can always write to admin.kochidirectory@gmail.com with the listing name and what is wrong. The link is on the public institution entries too: 261 of the 310 listings are government offices, hospitals, transport and utility entries compiled from public sources, and those go out of date faster than most. Reports are reviewed manually.

Business listings carry a Claim and get verified link that opens a verification wizard: you upload business registration, owner ID and address proof, an editor reviews them, and the documents are deleted after the decision. If you would rather not do that, email admin.kochidirectory@gmail.com with the subject Listing correction, saying which listing it is and what is wrong. Claims and corrections are checked by a person, the same way a listing is verified before it is published. Public institution entries are not claimable.

No. Kochi Directory is run by a small team in Kochi and email is how we work, so there is no call centre, no helpline number and no walk-in office. That also means nobody here will cold-call you because you appear in the directory, and enquiries reach the business directly instead of being resold to anyone.

Email admin.kochidirectory@gmail.com with Removal request as the subject, or open the Report a problem link on the listing and choose Remove my details, which is the privacy option. Tell us which listing it is and exactly which details are yours, and we will act on it. Removal requests are reviewed by a person, not an automated queue.

Use the Report a problem link on the listing and pick Someone is impersonating this business, Spam or misleading listing, or Offensive or inappropriate content. You can also email admin.kochidirectory@gmail.com with the listing name and what you have seen. Reports are reviewed manually, and listings that fail re-verification are marked pending or removed. Deliberately false reports may be disregarded, so be specific about what is wrong.
