Fill in the form on this page and submit it for verification. Four things are needed before the form will send: your business name, a category, a working email address, and ticking the box that agrees to the verification policy. The form takes about two minutes, and nothing publishes automatically because a person reviews every submission before the listing goes live. If direct submission is unavailable, the page offers a one-click email option with the details you entered already prefilled.

Required: business name, category, email address and agreement to the verification policy. Optional but worth adding, because they make the listing far stronger: locality, full street address, phone, WhatsApp number, website, Instagram, Facebook, opening hours for weekdays, Saturday and Sunday, and a short factual description of what you do. The contact details you give are published on your own listing page so enquiries reach you directly. We do not sell your phone number or share your enquiry with competitors.

No prices are published on the site. Submit your business and we verify it, usually within 48 hours, then get in touch at admin.kochidirectory@gmail.com for the current listing and premium-placement plans. What we can say up front is that we never charge a business to rank higher in organic results, and we never lock businesses into contracts.

Manual review usually takes 24 to 48 hours, and we reply to the email address you entered either to confirm the listing is live or to ask for what is still missing. A reviewer checks three things: that the business genuinely exists and operates under the name given, that the phone, email and website belong to it, and that it operates from the Kochi locality listed. If the details supplied are not enough to confirm all three, we may ask for supporting documents before the listing goes live.

A listing page built as structured data that machines can read. Each one carries a Schema.org LocalBusiness type with a postal address including street and PIN code, opening hours where they are known, a breadcrumb trail and a question and answer block. The site also explicitly allows the AI crawlers GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ClaudeBot, Claude-SearchBot, PerplexityBot and Google-Extended alongside Googlebot and Bingbot. We cannot promise a search ranking, a mention in any AI assistant, or any amount of traffic. What we can promise is that your information is published in the format those systems read.

Yes. The quickest route is email: write to admin.kochidirectory@gmail.com with the correction and we will update it. Every business listing page also carries a Claim and get verified link, which opens an account area where you can claim the listing and submit verification documents for review. Listings that fail re-verification are marked pending or removed.

All three are welcome. The directory recognises registered businesses such as shops, clinics, firms and restaurants, freelancers such as designers, photographers, tutors and developers, and individual service providers such as electricians, plumbers and makeup artists. If you are not a registered business, verification asks for proof of work in place of a business registration document, for example a portfolio, three recent invoices or an active professional profile. Identity proof and address proof are asked of everyone, and regulated categories such as food, healthcare and real estate need the relevant licence.

The directory covers 63 localities across Kochi and the wider Ernakulam district, including Aluva, Perumbavoor, Angamaly, Kalamassery, Muvattupuzha, Kothamangalam, North Paravur and Piravom, alongside city areas such as Fort Kochi, Kakkanad, MG Road and Marine Drive. Enter your locality the way customers actually say it, and give the full street address with PIN code so the listing carries an accurate structured address.
